Ironman Malaysia 2014

Today, about 12 hours ago, my facebook timeline were flooded with Ironman Malaysia 2014 posting and updates. Its was the photo below that confirmed Malaysia going to have its Ironman event back to Langkawi after last event back in 2010 or 2009, i think.

A check with google on the "Ironman Malaysia" showing that it's happening! Ironman Malaysia will be held on 27th Sept 2014 in Langkawi, just like previous event.

Ironman Langkawi - 27th Sept 2014

I was checking on the details. I remembered i read somewhere that Ironman Langkawi previously was just RM500 for local participants and when i clicked on the link, it's USD550 (early bird somemore) plus 6% administration fee. Oh my God. 

While chatting with my Ultra running friend, he said: " RM1500 just play 18 hours game instead of 100miles 46 hours game" wahaha.... #UltraRunnerSaying 

Soon once the registration started, we can spot a lot of cyclists will be cycling upside down in klang valley !
