Vibram Five Fingers

Brought along my Bikila Vibram Five Fingers (VFF) shoe to A Famosa resort company retreat.
It's such a long long time I'm left behind my VFF on shoe rack. That time I were 78kg, overweight, running barefoot are giving more pressure & stress to my knees.

Ah... suddenly i feel like "frog in well"

Prawning Session

Woot... 1st time prawning! Im feel im kind of fail...

Anyways, its was a brand new experience for me! Im feel "geli" when chop the warm and put it on bait and also im scared of prawn when i trying to take out the baits....

Today's session included @ericyong77, @sur3wyn, @damienloong (for awhile, thank you for helping me take out the baits from the prawn), @rachaelleyong and bf, and then @melonlicious and @sakaireuben came by for awhile too. Nice to meet you all...

Lost count on how many prawns we got within 2 hours

During the 2 hours session, i managed to get 10 prawns! Yeah... not bad for a 1st timer prawning... 

Woot.. can cook on the cook and eat it... 

Bruppp.... 4 of us finished all the prawns... All my diet gone! 

Anyways, im enjoyed prawning, but can not to have so many prawns at once go too often... or else body and diet will go hair wired...

The River Jungle Marathon

This few day, been thinking of which shoe im going to wear for the coming sunday 42km the river jungle marathon which starting at 4.30am. =.=''' We have to depart from KL, or rather PJ SS2 gathering point at 3.00am! OMG... 

Our starting point is at Ulu Langat Police Station. 

Just now, im just decided. Im going to push to the limits on my Vibram Five Fingers Bikila which stimulate barefoot running to the maximum distance. Until to-date, i have not wear my Vibram FF Bikila for distance more than 15km.

And off course, not forgetting my compression tight. 2XU Elite compression tight!

We male category were flagged off at 7.30am as 15min after female being flagged off at 7.15am. I thinks this is my encounter on this thing. Female being flagged off 1st leaving male behind waiting... 

This might give some motivation to boy to run faster to chase the female! haha... 

I got no 1 to chase so im just stick to my turtle speed with my Vibram Five Fingers Bikila.. Enjoying every step of barefoot running on tar road crossing the The Curve, Mutiara Damansara, Sunway Damansara and passing by Centre Point... 1U and Ikano....

Running 11km on my VFF Bikila which stimulate barefoot running and im guess my transition to barefoot running is almost there. After the run, my leg muscles hard feel any pain. Yeah... 

My timing was 1hr 13mins.. which consider slow.. as i do walking in some part of the run.. im just walking...
