Cycling with KL SightSee-ing & R.I.P to cyclist

Before begins with my post, I shall contribute my 1 minute silent to Cyclist Rafizi Hamdan who was hit by Proton Saga at MRR2 this morning (18 March 2012)

R.I.P. Rafizi Hamdan. 

Although I dont know you, but we have common passion. 

It's was heartbreaking news that i saw on Facebook when back from cycling today. 

Yesterday, Saturday, 17 March 2012, with some light workout in mind, planning for today's major cycling distance, I went for some leisure photos ride from my place.

Total distance covered were 40KM plus plus... went around few places... It's really a different KL when you're on the bike. 

Begins with Jln Gombak. Less traffic on Sat morning. :) 

When I was 1st time riding, I never expect this. This is when I realised I can ride to Muzium Orang Asli from my place! 

Bad luck. This signage reminds me of tyre pancat ! 

Batu Caves! Loving it. 

The 3 lanes road. 

Beautiful condo. 1Sentul. 

I can verify this! The walk / cycling path is wide and it's until Batu Caves Industrial area which about few KM long. I ran on it before! enjoyed it.

I read somewhere. The opposite of 1Sentul will be some condo project. But the illustration / the artist impression is total wrong. Perhaps not the same venue?  

hmmm... You're will never runs of out petrol...

Jalan Ipoh !!! Was riding alone, if in group, we can stop at Dim Sum shop for breakfast... 

The Capers ! From photo, you might not able notice about the leaning building! 

I can see it's really leaning! Awesome construction engineering !

The staffs @ Receptions seem a bit surprise when I bring my bike in. haha...

The Capers

On 10 Jan, when i'm pass by The Capers, I'm surprised to see there's construction on going at night around 8pm. So snapped the following 2 photos out of boredom.

There's not many projects i saw are rushing for works during night... Hope i'm wrong. Perhaps the site need to light up? haha... 

Until recently the past few weeks ago, I'm active back in foursquare. Checking into various of places that i'm visit and pass by just for fun. 

Then i'm come across this venue. 

The Capers in the foursquare, and without doubt i'm checked into the venue. 

As time allowed, I'm snapped and posted 2 photos into Foursquare - The Capers 

which i find it's good information for those buyers who already brought it. 

To my knowledge, The Capers were "sold-out".

Damansara Foresta - 2012 BBB

Damansara Foresta (DF)  - the 1st 2012 sale property sale gallery launch that we visited last weekend.
The public are in BBB (Buy Buy Buy) mode...

The whole master plan are total 14 blocks of condominiums and about 2,800 units if im not wrong. Currently there's only 2 block are being release for sale...

Damansara Foresta is located at Bandar Sri Damansara. 

The 2 blocks condo that are on sale. As at Sunday, 8 Jan 2012, around 5.00pm, block A is almost SOLD OUT left 1-2 units, while Block B also selling fast... should be left 10%. 

The main selling point of DF is surrounding area are green land... lot of trees... 

There's also a lot of facilities available in the green land...

On Saturday, there's 10% rebate given for the unit booked, and calculated price is around RM400 psf++. 

While on Sunday, there's no more 10% rebate, and the price for Block B are average above RM500 psf.
