Siemens Run 2010

I thinks this is my 1st time, 1st time we CariRunners got cam-whoring with cheerleaders after the run!
All thanks to Kelvin who so kind to say thanks you to cheerleaders team on motivate runners during the last 1 km points. So he requested to have a group photo with them and tht's how we were on!

After the 1st cheerleader team went passed, the 2nd team walking passby us as well.. This round, Kelvin also doing the same trick! Yeah.. We were cam-whoring with another cheerleaders team!

Invitation from COACH

I was wondering how on earth why i can receive an invitation to join preview COACH on new fall 2010 Collection! 

Turning the card to back and now i know why i receive the invitation! 

Its from OCBC... 

But hey, i a guy.. would a guy like me interested on COACH?

I would be 101% happy if i receive invitation to preview iPhone 4. Anything which relates to iPhone 4 would excite me at the movement.

SCKLM Journey

Ok, i do not want to waits for race report.... pictures of my SCKLM journey...

I still have energy... the last 100 meters i still can sprint after 42km.... hehe

Completed my 5th marathon in 5 hours 35mins...

German Pork Knuckle

Argh.. my Standard Chartered KL Marathon race report still stuck in draft, while im decided to post this 1st.

I had this German pork knuckle or we rather called it German Prok hand...德国猪手.

Aunt called out of sudden asking me to join her for diner on Saturday evening ard 4.45pm. Its was early diner for me, but im feel hungry.

The shop located at Bandar Baru Sentul: type "Jalan 3/48a Bandar Baru Sentul Kuala Lumpur Malaysia" in the google map and you will know the location.

Lau Heong 

I remembered i went to another "New Lau Heong" somewhere in the Sentul also... If got the opportunity, will go there find and explore again. If got the opportunity....  

After got call from Aunt, we meet at Lau Heong.... 

Told by aunt tht German Pork Knuckle is good here. weee.. its real good... 

The source also taste very good! some sour, sweet and some mayonnaise taste...

Basically, we only ordered portion for two. So the pork knuckle looks small... 

Its been long time i have not taste the German pork knuckle! Weeeeee... my weekend was great!
