FRU for 901 rally.

Argh... another rally. really feel sick when hear this "rally" word appear in media. 

This round, a 100,000 rally planned by PKR to support Anwar when KL High Court finally rules on the two-year-long sodomy trial. 

This round, its not weekend, its weekday, its Monday, the Monday Blue day ! 

As usual, Sunday morning my LSD run at Bukit Aman and i spotted this... FRU... 

The Infamous water cannon lorry... Surprisingly only 1 cannon spotted at the time i leaving. 

Another FRU lorry. 

Grab pop-corn, let's wait for tomorrow. But 1 thing for sure, gotta go out to office earlier than usual.
You wont know whether Police will LOCKDOWN THE KL CITY again or not...

Tunas Kijang - BNM Child Care Centre

It's been year the construction on going. 

I never get to know what's the project for until its completed. 

I bet you wont want to know how this building like during construction. It's built on hill...

It's Tunas Kijang. A google told me, Tunas Kijang is Bank Negara Malaysia Child Care Centre.  

Child Care Centre for this? Wow... 

Bet this Child Care Centre must be good at taking care the Bank Negara Malaysia employee's kid. 

So how many BNM staffs kids / childs going to be the residents of Tunas Kijang?
Okay, BNM should have thousand over staffs, so they need huge building as Child Care Centre.
On other hand, how many organisation will build this huge building  as Child Care Centre.

Malaysian corporate organisation need to learn from BNM!!! 

God bless the lucky BNM staff kids who can enjoy this awesome facilities.

SP Setia - Kenny Hills Grande @ Bukit Tunku

Happy new year! On 2nd day of 2012, its was my 1st run of 2012!  We were running reverse double hill route plus mini wall... It's sifu suggestion.

It's been long long time i did not run mini wall... When i run pass the mini wall, i saw the hills are being fenced up... It's SP Setia project.

Never hear of it. the project state 14 Bungalows...

 I thinks I have not run pass this area for few months, and now there's SP Setia project! 

 The area, not much of work being done. Just fencing and some clearing work were done.

Duck @ Jln Alor

On one weekend morning, we were at Jln Alor having our brunch aka lunch. 

Friend brought me to this duck stall which he says the owner been selling duck meat for past 30 years. 

It's was early 11am plus, not much people. 

The duck were taste good! Love it... 

On other note, the duck was cheap too. 

Anyway, brupped. i had my duck meat ! Satisfaction.

New Year 2012 & now it's Birthday

Happy Birthday Chin Ann.

Not long ago its Happy New Year and now it's Happy Birthday.

My new year resolution aka birthday wishes are not much. Just wish i can be stronger to complete the Ultras below.

Awesome view with cooler weather. 

Come 2012, I will be racing for 2nd edition of TMBT... 

Come 2012. There's always something new and challenges. For now, two 100KM ultras in mind, few 42KM marathons, and some endurance sport events in March & May if plan goes well.

2012, it's going to be awesome year.
2012, it's going to be enjoyable year with new sport in mind.
2012, it's going to be something different from 2011.
2012, I'm going to be awesome, but I'm going to work for it 1st!

IKano Power Centre New Parking rate 2012

Ikano Power Centre raise it's parking rate effective from 1st Jan 2012.

The old rate as below:

New parking rate increased RM1.00 from RM1.00 to RM2.00 for 1st 3 hour on weekday and RM2.00 to RM3.00 for weekend for 1st 3 hours.
